Dreaming of Emotions

Dreaming of anxiety, pain, extreme disappointment, or intense emotions like anger and hatred usually has two meanings.

On one hand, the emotions in the dream may be a reenactment of emotions from years ago.

They might even be painful experiences or deeply suppressed emotional encounters that you have long forgotten or no longer mention in your daily life.

To protect yourself, your consciousness has deeply suppressed them, but they are actually hidden in the corner of your subconscious mind.

Sometimes, even after many years, certain similar environments or minor stimuli during the day (such as switches, conversations, objects, smells) can trigger these past experiences in your subconscious.

As a result, they reappear in your dreams at night.

Don't worry, no matter how intense the emotions in the dream are, this is a self-adjustment of your body, a relief for the troubles and anxieties buried in your mind and body from years ago.

Sometimes you may even dream repeatedly about similar situations, which indicates that your anxiety is further easing when you have this dream.

With the recurrence of the dream, the shadows of the past are gradually fading in reality, and you will fully embrace a new life.

On the other hand, the emotions in the dream may also reflect your daytime life. Each emotion may have additional meanings (refer to specific emotions).
