Dreaming of an Amusement Park
Master, greetings:
Ever since I visited an amusement park in Beijing with my colleagues last September, I have been dreaming of going there. In my dreams, I have encountered both the colleagues who went with me and classmates who didn't. I've had this dream at least ten times. Recently, I haven't dreamt about amusement parks for the past two months.
Lately, since quitting my job and staying at home, I dream every day. I don't like thinking about my school days, but I end up dreaming about classmates. I don't enjoy my previous job either, yet I dream about my coworkers coming to my house. After waking up, I feel mentally drained and agitated.
I don't dislike having dreams, I just don't want to dwell on the past.
Also, I frequently experience sleep paralysis, which I researched and found out is called sleep paralysis disorder. I've tried some methods, but the situation still occurs. During the process, I feel terrified, but it doesn't last long, and I fall back asleep.
I am a 22-year-old woman who quit her job and is currently staying at home.
If you experience fear during sleep, you might try listening to gentle and soothing music before bed to relax your mind.
