Dreaming of Anxiety

Anxiety is an emotion that everyone experiences in life. It arises from the constant changes in our objective environment, physical state, and mental state. When faced with new situations or problems, we need to react, take action, and adjust accordingly. However, we often struggle to grasp the essence of these new situations, leading to feelings of anxiety.

Dreams of anxiety have two characteristics: the reemergence of past events that have been abandoned or forgotten, and the return of past unsettling and anxious experiences due to reminders of similar circumstances in the present. In dreams, we encounter numerous difficult or unsolvable situations and various dilemmas, mirroring the many unpleasant aspects of real life. Dreams and reality are interconnected.

Dreaming of others' anxiety and sorrow suggests that the dreamer will face external obstacles in their work or studies. If young lovers dream of anxiety, it implies the emergence of certain barriers between them, possibly leading to a breakup. Dreaming of severe sadness on top of anxiety indicates significant setbacks and merciless blows from others in real life.

Dreaming of others' anxiety and sorrow suggests interference from others in the dreamer's life. Dreaming of a friend being unusually depressed indicates that the friend may encounter misfortune.
